Arista Place - AMENITIES

The Arista Place is comprised of 11 medium-rise 6-storey condominium buildings. Each of the buildings features a basement parking, while two of those buildings (the Optima and the Ultima) have an additional podium parking. Each building features a deck utility or a service area, landscaped atriums, mailbox area, and passenger elevators. To ensure residents’ safety and security, there are also fire cabinets, provision for a CCTV, a fire alarm and automatic sprinkler system, and a fire exit. There is also a 24-hour security provided for the residents. 

Each unit in all of the 11 condominium buildings has a fire alarm and sprinkler system, a provision for metered utility, a provision for CATV, and a provision for a phone line. 

For those who like engaging in sports or physical activities, the Arista Place has a basketball court that doubles as a play court. There are also a badminton court and a jogging or biking path. A fitness gym with a set of top-notch gym equipment is also provided for the residents so they don’t have to go too far for a gym session after a day at work or during the weekends. 

Families can spend time together and do bonding activities without having to travel away from their homes as well. There is a leisure pool, a kiddie pool, and a pool deck where everyone can relax and just have fun. 

Other features and amenities include the clubhouse, a function hall for social events and gatherings, a gazebo/ cabana, an entertainment room, an open lawn or picnic grove, a water feature, a children’s playground, a convenience store, a game room, landscaped gardens, a main entrance gate, perimeter fence, pool shower area, laundry station, standby electric generator, and a water station.
