Arista Place - LOCATION

The Arista Place is strategically located along JP Rizal St., Brgy. Sto. Nino, Parañaque City. It is just a few meters away from Sucat Road, which makes it easily accessible to and from commercial centers and business districts within Alabang, Makati, and Taguig.

The City of Parañaque is one of the cities in Metro Manila. It is subdivided into two districts, with each district composed of 8 barangays. Brgy. Sto. Nino, where the Arista Place is located, belongs to the first district. Parañaque City is bordered by Pasay City to the north, Taguig City to the northeast, Muntinlupa City to the southeast, and Las Pinas City to the southwest. The Arista Place can be accessed either from Makati (through EDSA) or from Manila (through Roxas Blvd). It is in close proximity to several business centers such as the Makati Central Business District (8 km), the Bonifacio Global City (10 km), and the Filinvest Corporate City (13 km). The Makati Central Business District, otherwise known as the Makati CBD, is the top financial and top central business district in the country. It occupies four barangays, which are San Antonio, San Lorenzo, Bel-Air, and Urdaneta. The Bonifacio Global City, otherwise known as the BGC, Global City, or The Fort, is administered by Taguig City but with a shared jurisdiction by Makati and Pateros. It used to be a military land before it was converted to a business district. Lastly, the Filinvest Corporate City is a premier business district in Alabang, Muntinlupa. It is a 244-hectare of a mixed-use development project.

Similarly, it is highly accessible to and from several commercial hubs such as the Duty Free Fiesta Mall (480 m), Puregold Jr. Sucat (580 m), SM City Sucat (3 km), SM Mall of Asia (4.8 km), Newport City/ Resorts World (6 km). The Fiestamall is Duty Free Philippines’ flagship store. It offers a wide range of merchandise from chocolates and liquors to cosmetics, fashion retails, luggage, watches, and much more. Both the SM City Sucat and the SM Mall of Asia are owned by the largest developer and owner of malls in the Philippines, the SM Prime Holdings. The SM City Sucat is located in Sucat, Parañaque and features the SM Cinema, SM Supermarket, SM Department Store, and a wide range of retail shops, food and restaurants, and other stalls. The SM Mall of Asia, on the other hand, is the second largest shopping mall in the country. It features vast parking spaces, the SM Department Store towards the South Building, the SM Hypermarket towards the North Building. The Main Mall consists of food establishments, restaurants, and food court. There is also an Entertainment Mall.

As for the schools, parents won’t have a hard time looking for the best school where they can send their kids to as there are numerous quality schools near the Arista Place. Some of which are the St. Paul College Parañaque (0.67 km), the Southville International School (6.70 km), the Sacred Heart School (2.70 km), the Manila Doctors College (4.80 km), and the Airlink Aviation School (2.70 km) among many others.

The residents’ health issues and concerns can easily be addressed since there are also plenty of medical institutions near the residential community. The Olivarez General Hospital is just a mere 15-min drive or in 3.60 km distance. One of the best private hospitals in the city, it has three floors and offers many medical services like CT Scan, Physical Therapy, Ultrasound, 2D-Echo, Endoscopy, NICU, and Hemodialysis Unit among many others. The Parañaque Doctors Hospital, a 99-bed capacity tertiary level hospital, is 5.30 km away, while the San Juan De Dios Educational Foundation Hospital, the oldest hospital in the country, is just 4.30 km away.

The Arista Place also provides ease of transportation for its residents and guests. It is in close proximity to the NAIA Terminal 1 (1.20 km), the NAIA Terminal 2 Centennial (3 km), the NAIA Terminal 3 (5.5 km), and the NAIA Terminal 4 Domestic Passenger Terminal (3 km).
